If you are not 100 % satisfied with our products, you may return your order in the unopened original box for a refund (less 20% restocking fees) or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent. Please be aware that if you return products the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return - without that information we cannot process your return or exchange.
